We offer the PhyToga series of classes, which includes functional fitness, stretching, mobility, balance, posture and strength training. In addition, we have dance classes, Pilates, special workshops and more. We offer modifications and challenges to optimize the class for our students, we get you because we are sharing this journey with you.
